At Eden Grace Photography, I believe your wedding photos should feel like you – not posed or overly curated, but full of warmth, movement, and meaning. I take a documentary-style approach with an editorial touch, blending candid storytelling with softly guided portraits to create timeless, heartfelt imagery. Whether you’re having a barefoot garden ceremony, a candlelit dinner with family, or dancing under the stars, I’m here to witness and preserve it all with calm, care, and creativity.
Your Experience With Me
1. Enquiry & Discovery
You get in touch (yay!) and I’ll confirm availability, answer your questions, and help you choose the right package.
2. Booking
Once you’re ready, we’ll get everything locked in with a booking form and retainer. Your date is then officially yours!
3. Planning & Prep
You’ll receive a pre-wedding questionnaire, timeline guidance, and any support you need to feel organised and calm.
4. The Wedding Day
I’ll arrive ready to gently document your day as it naturally unfolds – from quiet moments to joyful celebrations.
5. Gallery Delivery
Within 6-10 weeks, you’ll receive your full gallery in a beautiful private online space, ready to share, download, and print.

Gallery Viewing Session (appointment at my studio to view your wedding gallery on a large screen, choose your favourite images, and order prints – minimum spend £100)
Luxury Wedding Album Upgrade – Handmade premium album with lay-flat spreads anf personalised cover – from £350
Parent Albums – Smaller versions of your main wedding album, perfect for parents and family – from £150 each
Second Photographer (Jade or Opal — included with Moonstone package) – £300
Extra Hours of Coverage – Extend your wedding day photography to ensure no moment is missed – £150/hour
Heirloom Print Collection – A set of 10 high-quality fine art prints of your favourite images – from £120
Engagement or Pre-Wedding Session – A relaxed shoot before the big day to capture your love story and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera – £295
I’m based in Hampshire and happily cover weddings across the South of England – including Dorset, Wiltshire, the Cotswolds, and beyond. Travel within 30 miles of SO45 is included in all packages. For weddings further afield or destination celebrations, an additional fee of 45p/mile to and from the location will apply. I’ll always keep this clear and transparent.
For destination or overseas weddings, travel fees (including hotels and flights) will be added on top of your package. Opal and Moonstone are the only packages with overseas travel available.

Booking with me is simple, personal, and pressure-free. Here’s how it works:
1. Get in Touch
Send an enquiry through my website or email me directly. Share your wedding date, venue/location, and a little about your plans so far. I’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and answer any initial questions.
2. Let’s Chat
If we’re a good fit and I’m available for your date, we can arrange a relaxed discovery call or continue via email — whichever feels best. This is your chance to ask questions and share your vision so I can understand how to best support you.
3. Secure Your Date
Once you’ve chosen your package, I’ll send you a booking link that includes:
A digital questionnaire to capture all the essentials
Your contract, outlining everything clearly and transparently
An invoice for the £250 non-refundable booking fee (this goes towards your total balance, which is due 1 week before your wedding)
Once these are completed, your date is officially secured — no one else can book it.
4. Planning & Support
After booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with helpful tips and next steps. For Moonstone bookings, we’ll also schedule a planning call to review your timeline, ideas, and any support you might need. I’ll be here every step of the way — from vendor recommendations to easing pre-wedding nerves.
5. The Big Day & Beyond
On your wedding day, you can relax knowing I’ll bring calm energy, clear guidance, and a creative eye — capturing every meaningful moment as it unfolds. After your wedding, I’ll carefully edit your gallery and deliver your full collection within 6–10 weeks, ready for you to relive and share.
